•I lived out of state throughout the entire process of selling my property, so I was concerned about the amount of coordination and logistics required to sell my home. Anthony and I spoke about the logistics from the on-set and he made very clear of what support he could provide. He went above and beyond to ensure the property was ready for list and also supported some activities that were outside of his normal scope of work to ensure the home was ready and I didn't have to travel to coordinate the work. Once the property was listed, Anthony was proactive in providing communication and adjustments related to listing price and offers. I plan on working with Anthony on the purchase of my next home. He is a phenomenal agent.
