Outstanding

His review of the price we should ask was right-on, and in fact substantially higher than my own estimate. The condo sold for the price he suggested, and it sold in one day. In fact, we were able to secure a buyer who previously had made an offer on another property in my complex. He has been attentive to every question I had, every need, was consistently available by text and phone. I also know that he is an Officer of The Court as well, and thus ALREADY holds himself to a higher standard. I give my strongest recommendation to Gwynne without any hesitation and have no doubt that he will continue to provide the highest-level and quality of service to his clients in the future, and those clients will enjoy more favorable, and more profitable outcomes if they secure his services.
