Excellent work finding buyers for undeveloped land in two different counties

Scott did a great job understanding the market for 4 parcels that were our family trust and getting them sold. The the 3 lots in Ridgecrest were on the edge of town and he found one buyer for all three. We're happy with the offer and sold w no problems. The 4th property was 40 acres in the north end of Trona with few comparable sales. We found a buyer with the US government who was interested in adjacent property to their preservation area. It was a long process and Scott supported us with no on-site attendance by our family members.
