•When I began the whole process of deciding to move Cara went into action, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed and solid decision. This move for me at, 67 years young, was going to be a huge undertaking and I needed to be certain that I was making the best decision for myself. It also was going to be an out-of-state move and would involve selling my California home and locating/purchasing my new home in Idaho. Needless to say a stressful, living changing endeavor. Cara had done her research and when I decided to take the plunge she had a firm idea as to asking price and she was spot on and my home sold quickly. As my agent she was always professional, energetic and loaded with enthusiasm. Her response to my calls, texts or emails was immediate and informative. She handled everything so that I didn’t have to worry or wonder about anything. Cara is also licensed in Idaho which was a remarkable advantage for me and she began “house hunting” for me in Idaho while my California home was in escrow, which proved to be a difficult undertaking because homes in my price range were few and far between and sold rapidly, having multiple offers each and every time. That’s when I began to fret and feel stressed. Closing date on my California residence was rapidly approaching and I began the “oh my goodness what if” dialog in my head. Cara maintained her professional demeanor and enthusiasm while assuring me we would be successful in finding me just the right home and here again she was spot on!! Ultimately, there were 3 separate escrows involved that all had to close simultaneously and true to her being at her best under pressure she brought it all together, like a well-oiled machine working precisely as needed the first home closed, followed shortly thereafter by the 2nd and lastly the closing of my forever Idahome a couple hours after that!! On a Friday no less!! Most certainly the best of the best!!
