•My husband and I are two of the pickiest people on the planet, and my husband in particular has no patience for sales people. He was seriously dreading the home-buying process because he's never had a good experience with a real estate agent (he sold our previous home himself because he didn't want to deal with one). I don't know how he found Adam Botticello, but we both ended up thrilled that he did, and I don't use that word lightly. We moved to the Phoenix area from out of state, so we had a lot of questions that Adam was able to answer for us. Anytime we spotted a home we were interested in, Adam was ready to show it to us. He is a super-patient, easy-going guy, so we always enjoyed seeing him. Because of Adam's 50/50 commission structure, we weren't initially expecting stellar service, but we were pleasantly surprised on that front as well. Adam is super-responsive, and he really worked to help us get a great house. The icing on the cake was that we wound up saving more than $5k than if we'd gone with someone else. And I feel like we received better service from Adam than we'd have gotten anywhere else. If you're moving to or within the Phoenix area, I highly recommend Adam Botticello.
