•I started looking last year but put the project on hold. This year we were more serious and motivated. I asked to start looking a couple of weeks before I thought I would and found a great house on the first day. We closed within 3 weeks. Now all we have left is some personal modifications so we can put our existing home on the market. Ann is a friend from church and she treated us well. Very responsive to text messages and phone calls. Thanks Ann!
Ann displayed beneficial knowledge on the homes my wife & me viewed. Always honest, positive & encouraging. She helped us out more than expected & was able to negotiate a good deal for the house we purchased in Arlington. If anyone is in the process of buying/renting a home & is looking for a legit agent I would definitely recommend Ann Stork.
