•Tony did an amazing job coordinating the sale of our condo. He was proactive in all communications. He demonstrated his passion and knowledge which resulted in a fast sale. He provided sound advice and kept us informed at every step.
Selling a house is stressful, thankfully we had Tony Maniaci as our realtor, he did a masterful job in minimizing the stress associated with the sale of a home. Tony was always available to ask questions and gave us reliable information at every turn. As sellers, we felt that Tony worked tirelessly in our behalf and always had our best interest front and center and as it turned out we had an offer for near asking price before the property was even shown, with a backup offer just in case. We had a nice property, but Tony was the guy that promoted it and found the perfect buyer. Tony made certain that all of the buyer's reasonable requests were addressed and the sale moved forward without any issues. I would highly recommend Tony Maniaci to anyone looking for a hardworking and honest relator and wants their interests to be met with the utmost regard. We can never thank you enough for all of your hard work. Greatly appreciated!!
