She had great suggestions on how to spruce up our place and get the curb appeal we were hoping for on our budget. Aside from the wonderful support Kristen supplied, there was a full team of people with Engel and Volkers who were helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to provide everything we needed on the scheduling and paperwork side and knew all the right contractors for the repairs and upgrades we decided to make. On the buy side... It feels like we looked at 100 homes. When there are so many options that all have so many variables it's important to have someone like Kristen in your corner. She was always available to go see a house the moment it popped on the market and had great input that comes from years of experience. She quickly understood the things that were important to us and got the answers to our questions immediately. Thanks to her willingness to be available I can safely say that we never had a situation where we weren't able to get in to see a home we had an interest in.
