•I made contact with Brent around March of 2025, and he was an absolute dream to work with from the very beginning. I was in the process of selling my house in NJ so I could finally spend my retirement years in the state I love, and this was a very big life change for me. Unfortunately for Brent, my NJ home was cluttered beyond belief, and it took my family a few months to properly clean it out and get everything in order. Even during that time, Brent never disappeared, never lost patience, and never made me feel like a burden. He stayed active with me weekly, sending home listings, and kept up with monthly check-ins until I was truly ready. Throughout that entire process, Brent was an amazing gentleman and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. He never once pushed me, rushed me, or pressured me into making a fast decision. That meant the world to me. In December of 2025, when I was finally ready to start making offers, Brent helped me find a house I absolutely fell in love with. Since I was still in NJ, Brent went above and beyond to help me see the home through FaceTime. He was extremely thorough during the home visit, took his time, showed me everything, and never once tried to hide anything. He made long-distance home buying feel personal, honest and far less stressful than I imagined. On top of that, Brent has been an absolute angel when it comes to helping me find reputable local companies for land surveys, cable, internet installation, insurance, and even places to eat. He did far more than what most people would expect from a realtor. He truly made me feel cared for through this entire home buying process, and I can say with my whole heart that I now consider him a great friend. I am grateful to Brent for helping myself and my grandson find our home. If the need ever arose again, I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. If you are looking for a trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable, and caring realtor, Brent is truly one of the best.
