Selling our home while preparing to relocate was emotional, stressful, and at times overwhelming, but Marianne did everything she could to make the process as smooth and pain-free as possible. From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The Pahrump market started off slower than we had hoped, but Marianne never made us feel like we were going through it alone. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed while we waited for the right offer, and she was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and ease our concerns. She also worked with an amazing team and had great relationships with everyone involved in the process, which gave us a lot of confidence during a stressful transition. What stood out most, though, was how much she truly cared. Marianne treated us like people, not just clients, and that made all the difference. We truly can’t thank Marianne enough for all the ways she helped us through this process.
