•Kelly was great when we bought our new home. We met her and decided to buy in Key Largo but had to go back to Illinois before we had a chance to look at houses. She sent us listings and took our son to look at the houses. Once we found the house we wanted she helped us with finding a lawyer and with utilities. We closed on our house while we were still in Illinois. Kelly answered every question we had. She ordered a mail box for us and had it personalized for us. What a peasant surprise. Once here she helped us with our homestead filing, letting us know the process and where to file. My brother is now interested in moving here. Kelly is sending him listings based on his wants and needs. She definitely goes way beyond what a real estate agent usually does.
