•Prior to finding Susan, my husband and I had gone through at least three realtors with no progress on the search for our first home. As soon as we found Susan, we knew we had finally found the right realtor. She took the time to listen to everything we needed and didn't waste our time showing us homes that were out of our price range or homes that didn't meet our list of criteria. We ended up purchasing the very first home that she showed us. Our home buying process was very difficult due to the type of loan that our bank was financing. Susan went above and beyond and tried to facilitate in any way she could. She read up on our loan, made phone calls to the bank on our behalf when they were being unresponsive, and checked in to see how we were doing with all the stress. She truly cares about her clients. She would frequently pick us up from the path station when we needed, as we didn't have a car. She met our contractor at our home when we were unable to be present. She gave us a ride to the uhaul center on our move-in day. And she still checks in to see how we're doing post move-in. I can't recommend Susan enough.
