•I had never sold a home before, so I went to the internet and read all I could about selling a home which lead me to find Kim. From our first phone conversation, Kim was nothing but kind, informative, and extremely confident. With Kim's many years of experience obviously this isn't her first rodeo and that made the listing process a breeze. She's sold homes in every price range and mine certainly wasn't at the top end, but there was no difference to her. She stays up to date on what is happening in the market including interest rates, concessions offered, what buyers are looking for carpet or not carpet and such. I'd say my anxiety about selling for a good price and timing a move for an unknown date was the worst. I'd call or text Kim asking what should we do if it doesn't sell or should we lower price and she ALWAYS was calm and confident it will sell and if we need to discuss a price change we can, but not yet. The biggest thing I loved about Kim is I told her I'm not a beat around the bush kind of person and I don't expect my realtor to be either. Folks, she is going to be polite, but certainly doesn't beat around the bush and sugar coat things. If I need a realtor again, Kim will be it and I'd fully recommend her to any of my family or friend.
