I had never sold a home before, so I went to the internet and read all I could about selling a home which lead me to find Kim. From our first phone conversation, Kim was nothing but kind, informative, and extremely confident. With Kim's many years of experience obviously this isn't her first rodeo and that made the listing process a breeze. She's sold homes in every price range and mine certainly wasn't at the top end, but there was no difference to her. She stays up to date on what is happening in the market including interest rates, concessions offered, what buyers are looking for carpet or not carpet and such. I'd say my anxiety about selling for a good price and timing a move for an unknown date was the worst. I'd call or text Kim asking what should we do if it doesn't sell or should we lower price and she ALWAYS was calm and confident it will sell and if we need to discuss a price change we can, but not yet. The biggest thing I loved about Kim is I told her I'm not a beat around the bush kind of person and I don't expect my realtor to be either. Folks, she is going to be polite, but certainly doesn't beat around the bush and sugar coat things. If I need a realtor again, Kim will be it and I'd fully recommend her to any of my family or friend.

Sue was a phenomenal agent. She gave me excellent (and correct!) advice during all stages of the selling process. She provided ideas on how to sell the house faster along with estimates of expected selling price with and without the recommended upgrades. She also knew exactly which date we should list by which gave me a good timeline to complete them. I'm ecstatic that the house sold within a week after completing the upgrades... for even more than I anticipated! I highly recommend Sue as a selling agent!!

Kimberly was extremely personable and knowledgeable of the area and the homes available in our price range. We had done some online browsing to identify a few homes to look at and were on a very tight schedule to find a place to buy. She accommodated every request and went above and beyond in every way. During contract negotiations, Kim represented us perfectly as she worked with the seller and oversaw repairs to items found by the home inspector. Once we purchased the home she was extremely helpful and had a wealth of contacts to help us fix or update the place. Throughout the entire process, Kim was so friendly and upbeat - a true joy to work with and be around. We cannot speak more highly of Kim and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Gainesville/Newberry area.
