It was an absolute blessing to work with Asha. She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly dedicated to her clients. Asha worked with me to find my dream home in Florida while I lived in another state. I placed complete trust in Asha to use her personal judgment when showing me homes virtually. She was always honest and advised me best when a property looked different in person than from edited online photos. Especially, if that meant it was not a good purchase option which I appreciated. Asha travelled to every listing I was interested in to video call and show me properties without hesitation during a peak seller's market where as a buyer, competition was fierce. Asha was always readily available and answered questions with extensive detailed responses, communication was pleasant and efficient. Asha went above and beyond and was actively involved in ensuring and organizing all parties (seller, lender, home inspector, home insurance company, title company, etc) received and submitted all necessary documents so we could close on time without any issues. Asha is a true gem as she is not only an amazing person to work with, but she also has real estate knowledge and expertise that we would highly recommend to anyone. As newcomers to Orlando, we met Asha remotely through a glowing referral from a fellow Disney employee.
