Cheryl did an excellent job for me. My wife had recently passed. Our home that Cheryl listed was our first home together and We owned it for 33 years. The last 26 years was as a rental. I had a difficult time going into the home initially because it was too emotional for me at the time. Cheryl got things rolling immediately and assessed the home inside and out and then communicated with me constantly about Her feelings as to what We needed to do before listing the home. She arranged every aspect for getting the home ready for market. Her knowledge, professionalism and communication was outstanding. There are not enough great things to say about our Stellar Realtor Cheryl Skebe! We were referred to Cheryl by our Daughter, Alexandra and son in law Daniel. Cheryl helped them purchase a home during one of the most stressful times in the market. They loved her and we can see why. From start to finish, Cheryl went above and beyond for us. We are from NJ, so we were not present to get our cabin up and ready to sell. That alone was such a worry for us. We still had our Holiday decor up, and could not get down to GA to get it cleaned up. Cheryl went in and got all of the decor put away. She staged our cabin and it looked wonderful. She had our cabin on the market, without any help from us, within a week! She held an open house, which resulted in the sale in just over a week! She guided us every step of the way. There was not ONE question she could not answer. She knew the answer to anything and everything we asked her. Cheryl helped us with all closing issues. Anything we were confused about, she walked us through. This has been the most enjoyable experience for us. There was no stress, because we knew that Cheryl would take care of anything that popped up. We drove down for the closing this week, and Cheryl and her husband drove up to meet us. She took part in the closing even though it was not necessary for her to be there. She gave us a wonderful and thoughtful closing gift! We are going to purchase a home in Ga in the next few months, and will without a doubt use Cheryl. She has already started to research different areas for us. We have every confidence that our next experience with Cheryl will be even better! Kristen was absolutely the best realtor we've come across in my many years of purchasing homes. We highly recommend her expertise. I believe what sets her apart is her integrity and her peaceful personal approach to ensuring her clients needs are met. Some realtors tend to be a bit pushy to forcefully close a deal, her attention to detail and knowledge of Fayette County in this highly competitive market and limited inventory we were able to find exactly what we dreamed of and everything was closed and ready to go in a matter of two weeks in part to her enthusiastic responsiveness and negotiation expertise.
