•We live in Atlanta and connected with Tyler in March of ‘21. Prices were still very high, so we chose to put things off. Then a daughter got married and almost immediately pregnant so now a new grand baby. Then had twins right after that. It was hard to prioritize Florida but he never quit on us. We came down for a day here and a day there, but still were dragging our feet. We stayed in touch and talked about properties that came available. Having to avoid the rental season added to it being difficult for out~of~towners, but he hung tight with us. Last year we made a cash offer that wasn’t accepted because it was the start of the rental season so the owner wanted to take that money vs taking a lower than list offer. (Can’t blame him). Still Tyler hung in. Finally we came down early June for 4 days….rental season had started….but he knew what we wanted and he put together quite a list. We looked at a house with a floor plan we had seen and loved a couple of years prior. We continued the search, but ended up offering on the 1st stop of this visit. Tyler did a great job working out every detail, working with our timeline and guiding us thru our very fast closing with a spectacular team. Each of the people he uses and recommends were also great which speaks volumes to me. When I worked I did a lot of hiring and firing…..you will want to hire Tyler for his patience, his ability to listen and understand, his stick~to~itness, his sweet soul and his professionalism, and his patience. A task much appreciated. A job well done.
