We could not be happier to have asked Jennifer to help us sell this home! She made suggestions and was spot-on with everything she said we should do. Yes, there was a bit of an 'investment'- a few hundred dollars made the house much more appealing to any potential buyer. We had had renters and the house needed some serious cleanup. She advised me as to what needed to be done and I did it. She wanted to stage the house and I balked... she was right! It looked so perfect when the stagers were finished. Before that, it was an empty house - many people can't see past an empty room! We wanted to sell right away, we didn't really want to have this property hanging out there for months waiting for the right buyer. Jennifer researched comps in the area and outside the area to see what comparable homes were going for. She found the absolute sweet spot price! Her plan for listing and 'going live' was perfect. Right before the holiday weekend the house was up on multiple MLS sites, we had a full-price offer within 24 hours and closed without a single hitch 20 days later. Jennifer handled everything from inspections and necessary repairs and kept me constantly (email and text) up-to-date with information from/about buyers and their agent.
