We were just starting to browse listings when Mary contacted us via the internet. It turned out to be one of the best things that could have happened for us. Mary has worked the OC market for years and knows her product up and down. She guided us in the direction we were looking but interjected many other options. She steered us away from several properties that appeared to be in our criteria but had issues we would have only known if we were very versed in the local market. We weren't an emotional buyer and took quite awhile to find what we were looking for. Mary guided us without pressure until the end and then did a great job on helping us through closing. Lastly like so many agents she didn't disappear after closing. I highly recommend interviewing her before selecting an agent.
