•Richard helped me to find my forever-home. he is a very kind and respectful person and guided me through the home buying process very professionally. Thanks to him, I was able to send an offer for the property without offering money above apprised value. He saved me money along the way and this is something I will always be thankful for. He has experience and knows the market well. He gave me comparables that were extremely accurate about the possible value the property would have after appraisal. He made this process smooth and clear to us. Definitely someone you can relay on when you are looking to purchase your house. Thank you!
Well I gotta start by saying that I knew nothing about real estate and I’m glad I ended up being contacted by Richard. He took the time to explain everything I had a doubt on down to the root. I would call him at any time, even late at night and there was him with answers for all my questions. He knows every step of the process and most important, he DOES NOT rush you to get any property, he simply wants you to get the deal you’re looking for ! I’d recommend him and definitely do business with him again.
