•We have used Rhonda over the years for several successful real estate transactions. When our brother lost his home in last year's Camp Fire in Paradise, we contacted Rhonda. Even though she had suffered considerable loss as well, and was very busy with many clients in the same situation, Rhonda offered immediate assistance to us. She thoroughly discussed our options, and helped us decide on which areas to begin our search for a new home. When we found a listing that interested us, she thoroughly answered all our questions, made recommendations, and continued to advise us. She patiently took our special needs brother to view potential homes, and gave us a verbal report on each one. We finally had an offer accepted on a decent home in Chico. Rhonda led us through the buying process and inspections and everything went smoothly. She is continuing to advise us about the inspection report and has given us contacts for repairs and painting. We feel so fortunate to have had Rhonda to help us with this transaction. She helped make a very difficult situation easier, always with patience and an upbeat attitude.
