I live in South Florida and had a house in Orlando I bought when my kids went to college. After a few years, it was time to sell. Katherine was recommended and I contacted her. From the first time we talked on the telephone I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Katherine helped with the minor repairs the house. She scheduled and supervised the repairs. When in the market, she hold an open house within a week or so. Very soon I had a contract in the house. The whole process was very smooth, even though I don’t live in Orlando. Katherine took care of every little detail. I was very well informed throughout the process. Katherine is a great professional that takes her job seriously. Katherine is a very professional agent as well as considerable. The appraisal price came out exactly the same as listing price. She told us the detailed situation of the property, the previous owner and tenants. She also helped coordinate with the lender during the loan process.
