•I started out our Las Vegas home search back in November of 2021 with Melody and her mom, Julie. After tightening our search to Henderson, Enterprise, and Silverado Ranch, Melody was able to identify exactly what we wanted in a home(square footage, kitchen, loft, backyard, etc). Instead of traveling to and from Southern California more than I did, I was able to place my trust in Melody to find our home. And she did right in lovely Henderson, where we wanted from the outset. She was able to find a three bedroom, three bathroom, three car garage, 2,000 square feet with a huge backyard! What really worked out for both buyer and seller was the seller requested to remain in the home four months post closing, which greatly appealed to us. Throughout the whole process, Melody was diligent, efficient, professional, never tardy, understanding of our needs and wants, extremely communicative, and always delivered on her promises. She possesses all the skills one would want in a real estate professional. We will most definitely refer her to our Southern California friends who seek to relocate to Las Vegas, as she was referred to us by New Yorkers. Melody Moon was awesome!
Martha was wonderful to work with. I just sold my home and she made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Martha really listened, cares passionately about her job and her knowledge and availability was invaluable.
