I began dealing with Alex several months before...

I began dealing with Alex several months before I was ready to relocate from NY to FL. He kept me updated via email about new listings in my preferred neighborhood, and made contact via phone during the time I had indicated I would be in Florida to ask me if he could show any properties to me in person. As it turned out, there was one property in particular that I was very interested in seeing, and I ended up purchasing. Alex is a go-getter without being pushy, and I felt very comfortable and immediately trusted him. He made certain that all of my real estate needs were met, answering all of my questions, accompanying me during the building inspection, and including recommending contractors for needed updates in my new home.
