•Ana is nothing short of spectacular. She has been in the industry for many years and it definitely shows. Her knowledge of the market was invaluable in helping us formulate a successful strategy for buying our home. Ana was a trusted advisor that took the time to learn our preferences and was not shy in pointing out the lemons from those homes that were worth serious consideration. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated her patience and willingness to answer our many questions. Unlike many agents who may be content to get the sale done, Ana fought hard to get us the best price possible, even though it resulted in a lower commission for her. During the purchase, Ana's can-do attitude came though as she helped arrange inspections and coordinated mundane things like the property survey. She was helpful in finding a mortgage lender that was willing to provide financing at a reasonable rate (not an easy task during the Covid pandemic). Even after the move, we have relied on Ana to help pick the right contractors to do the necessary repairs. (Ana has refurbished many homes, so she knows many roofers and other contractors here in South Florida.) It is worth mentioning that she was always available, and would often pick up the phone or call back right away. (I don't know how she did it with the number of deals that she was juggling.) In short, Ana is worth her weight in gold. I highly recommend her.
