Amazing all around

Kat is the most professional and personable realtor hands down. Kat stepped in when we needed it most. Within 3 days we were up and running and had more than 7 showings in 10 days! She was constantly reassuring. Telling me she had us and just let her do her job. And she absolutely did! I jokingly say she's our bulldog in the fight--but its really true. She knows what she's doing and how things work. She knows how to take your property and make it shine--even if its already beautiful--it will stand out. Kat never missed a call or a text. Always on it. We never had to sweat because we trusted her advice and opinion with everything. You can only find that with someone who loves what they do BUT has the experience to back that up. She is amazing in every way. And I just thought we were selling out home...but now we have a friend. She is just a gem and we can't recommend her enough!
