•Kim is fantastic Kim was amazing to work with in selling my home. Anytime I had a question or there was an issue she was very quick to follow up with me. She went above and beyond to make sure the sale of my house was a success. For example, I live out of town and the house needed sanitizing supplies (since it was during the pandemic) and Kim made sure those supplies were available. We also had some issues with my closing date, but Kim was a great negotiator and did everything should could to make sure we ultimately got to closing and we did! Kim is a realtor with a great breadth and depth of experience, so she guided me on which offers to take and was an excellent guide through the selling process. She showed a true interest in me and making sure we got the deal done. I would not have been as successful without Kim.
