"Danny and Farah are true real estate professionals, my partner and I were looking for a commercial property, and we found one in Melrose Florida, we worked with Danny who negotiated a great deal for us, and worked out all the details of the seller financing. Upon inspections we found some issues and we was able to negotiate a new roof for $15,000. His service and follow up was amazing, and the title company did a great job, they accommodated us by having a mobile closer meet at our convenience. With the great work he did we are able to close three weeks earlier.
