I cannot say enough wonderful things about Erica! She is an amazing realtor to work with. She made the home buying experience for my husband and I a very smooth and easy process. We were in constant communication with her from the start. Even though we were living in New York and looking to move to Florida, Erica was able to make the process very simple for us. She was patient and she never pushed or rushed us on any of the homes we looked at. She is very knowledgeable about the market and always made useful suggestions. Buying a home can be very stressful at times but her personality made it fun and kept us calm. I highly recommend working with Erica. You will not be disappointed!
