•Stephanie was recommended to me by the Broker. I was little hesitant and nervous about the process but after our initial meeting we instantly bonded with one another. Stephanie listened to my desires and must haves as it related to the type of home I was seeking to purchase. We spent many months looking at various properties in Broward County. Stephanie's patience and guidance was greatly appreciated. She did not pressure me to view any property that didn’t meet my desire and wants. I appreciated that we could be open and honest with one another about properties that we liked or did not like. As a first homeowner, I had many questions. Stephanie answered my questions and even though it was something that I didn't want to hear but needed to hear she delivered the news professionally and with empathy. Having open and honest communications with one another was one of the best parts of the process. After we identified the home that I wanted to purchase Stephanie continued to provide guidance and even shielded me from the seller's realtor crazy antics. Stephanie stood on business and navigated the contract negotiations and home inspection period with professionalism and integrity. Stephanie’s market knowledge and problem-solving skills made some of the cantankerous situations easy to overcome. I’ve been in my home for three weeks and Stephanie is still assisting me with finding various contractors to do work at my home. I am eternally grateful that I met Stephanie. I always say God puts people in your life for a reason and as I write this review, I met a realtor and ended up meeting a new friend. I highly recommend anyone that is seeking a realtor to reach out to Stephanie. The level commitment and dedication that Stephanie showed me goes well beyond the cliché “I am trying to sell you a house. “It is the personal experience that stands out for me and that is worth more than any amount of money and time spent.
