•We have worked with Morgan Clawson twice now, selling both of our houses in just a few days with multiple offers. Our first house was tiny tear-down and we thought it would be a tough sell. Because of his great marketing skills, we had three offers within two days of the Open House and the buyer loved it enough to live it in for the next eight years. He has extensive experience in selling all types of homes across the entire Twin Cities and outlying suburbs - no house is too far to visit when shopping for a new one. He takes on challenging properties and has a great eye for staging and presenting homes in the best way, be it online or for an Open House. He re-arranged our house in a way that made me not want to move!! He also did a ton of research while selling our house and visited the comparable houses in our neighborhood before putting ours on the market. We never had to spend time wondering if everything's being taken care of when selling or buying, because he's already thought of everything. The current open inventory made finding a new house difficult and Morgan was tenacious in getting a well-crafted offer in front of the sellers in a short time. He has a great sense of humor, which comes in handy when house-hunting for 100+ miles the day after a blizzard!
