Highly Recommend Nick Schmidt!
Nick was amazing to work with. He knew what we were looking for and helped us find the home to match! He worked hard as there was a bit of negotiations to get through and we were out of town during part of that time. He even came for a visit on our first night there with a housewarming gift. Detailed information during the entire process
From the first interaction with Nick, he explained the process we were going to be going through. He gave us the facts and what to expect to see with the sales transaction. Also what and how much fixing to do on the house. He offered his insight when we received a couple of purchase offers. He made it a stress free experience.
