Lindsey sold me my house 4 years ago and helped me sell that same house this summer. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and readily available for any and everything. There were a few small issues that arose in the closing process that were handled quickly and easily by Angie and the rest of David's staff. The whole process was so simple. JJ was extremely helpful to me with this sale. We went through the townhouse room by room and he analyzed them and suggested improvements, estimated their cost and who could do them and what value they would add. He helped me get rid of some of the furniture that I could not move myself. I authorized some necessary repairs, hired cleaners to help with the final cleaning and sold it "as is." He advised me each step on the forms to fill out and how to do them. (I was selling this for a friend of mine who is in memory care now and no longer capable of making decisions or participating in these tasks.) He made the end of this two year project so easy for me and I needed his help and advice as I had not done these things before. The caring that went with this was heartwarming and most welcome.
