•We must have looked at 45 to 50 homes. Unfortunately the timing and market conditions were extremely agressive on the buyers side and our offers were just not enough. However, Ashley never pushed and never leveraged the pricing bubble to make us bid higher than what she new was a just price. She has great integrity and knowledge of the house pricing. Ashley is by far one of the best realtors I have worked with, and continue to work with. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and caters to all requests. She takes time to understand the needs of her clients and is great negotiator.
