Absolutely wonderful experience!
We recently discovered that a piece of property (connected to some property we already own) was for sale. I sent Mark a message and within an hour he sent me some comps in the area. His communication with the agent was excellent. Mark made an appointment with the listing agent and walked the property and did all his homework. Mark then helped us with an offer. And by the next day we reached an agreement. If you’re at all in the market to sell or purchase a home/property look no farther. Mark is thorough and professional. And most of all he is a man of integrity who can be trusted with your real estate needs!
