However she was just awesome through the entire process even if it was an easy sell as our home looked so good from the photos your team took
You cannot go wrong having Rhiannon Hutchinson working for you. She is amazing, friendly, fun and smart while being totally professional at the same time. And she was always available to answer our questions. I was/am very stubborn and she was so patient with me. In the 3 years she helped us she never once got upset or discouraged by my lack of knowing what I really wanted. By the time we found our perfect home, Rhiannon knew what I wanted before I did!!! From the minute I met asked Echo to help me find a place near the water, she was on it! She would look initially for condos, as I had asked her to do, I drove me around wherever there was a condo for sale in my price range. But when viewing the condos and the associated fees, I decided to shift my focus to rather by a home, and she started a new search for myself, and advised me for what to look for in a home, like repairs and so forth, and what a fair price to offer could be. After many trips, with also my daughter in law, when I was out of town, she found a home that was exactly what I was looking for, and again advised on what to offer, and the reason for what would be a fair price. After I purchased the home she helped me in finding different services and helped me set them up, and even met some service provider when I was unable to meet them.
