•Jennifer’s knowledge of the market, especially with regards to a condo in Uptown Dallas was very evident and comforting to me. She offered me options and made suggestions which proved to be beneficial in selling this otherwise well maintained but “vanilla” unit. She kept me informed of all activity and counseled me accordingly. I very much appreciated her taking control and personal involvement in working through some issues that arose for the buyer. (Again, quite comforting for me.) I should add that Jennifer inherited this account from an office colleague. She contacted me and quickly became familiar with the unit, the entire property and Association, and the benefits of the community. I very much enjoyed working with Jennifer. She was always quick to return my calls. Her optimism allowed me to maintain a humorous attitude through the entire process.
