•Jen is very dedicated when it comes to selling a home. We needed to sell our house very quickly to buy our house in Tennessee. Let's just say within 6 hours of our house on the market it was under contract. Reason I mention that is we put an offer on a house in Tennessee my wife really wanted. We made an offer and explained we needed to sell our house first. They accepted with the contingency that if our house wasn't under contract within 48 hours they could accept another offer. Jen came out that very next day took pictures and listed it the following day. Still in shock it took only 6 hours. Closed in I belief was 29 or 30 days. She even recommended realtors in Tennessee. She was not only dedicated to helping us sell our Florida home, but she was there too assist in anyway she could with our buying a home in Tennessee. We have been in Tennessee since the end of June in the house my wife wanted. We are so thankful for Jen and everything she has done for us.
