We met Brandon by accident one day and he mentioned that he could help us find a house. He was very cooperative and let us go at a pace that we were comfortable with. I had a house to sell, needed to arrange moving out of state for my family and needed a quick timeline. I'm so glad to have worked with Caroline as she always made us feel like a priority! She had a good eye for exactly how to get the house ready and great attention to detail, nothing was overlooked. She made all the arrangements for staging, moving furniture pieces out, even getting the lawn mowed and doing a final sweep of the house after we had to leave! She was like my second brain and made the whole selling process as comfortable and streamlined as possible.
