Dan was a great asset for us as we navigated selling a house from out-of-town. Despite us not being locally present, we always felt we were aware of any and all things that came up during the selling process. Dan did a lot of the heavy lifting himself to help move us forward with inspections, negotiations and scheduling work to be complete in anticipation of sale. Throughout all this, Dan was communicative, listened to our needs and provide his advice without being pushy. I would definitely recommend and use him in the future.
