▶This is our second experience with Kyle and he again was great to work with on a somewhat challenging sale. We placed our home on the market when home sales were down due to various economic conditions. Kyle did an excellent job marketing the property and providing savvy guidance regarding multiple price adjustments which resulted in the eventual sale of the property at a very reasonable price. He was also very helpful in managing multiple buyer requests for the conveyance of various household items in a professional and respectful manner. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the greater Myrtle Beach area.
