Brittnee supported our purchase of a second home in the Sarasota / Bradenton area. We ended up buying in University Park, in part due to her recommendation to look there as we considered various communities based on our "must haves" in a home. We were very impressed with her detailed knowledge of various communities. Being remote buyers and doing most research online meant we couldn't get a 'feel' for a neighborhood or the surrounding areas. Brittnee is a true local expert and it shows. She wasn't afraid to 'push back' (professionally) on areas she felt were not going to align based on my simple Zillow searches. We appreciated that candor. She knows the pros the cons of the area and specific neighborhoods as well. When we physically came to the area for house tours, we had a limited window to see homes. While we had some initial homes lined up, of course once here we pivoted as we zero'd in on University Park. Brittnee was very willing to adjust the plan, and great at getting us into homes the same day, maximizing the use of our time slots. We saw nearly 10 homes in 10 days. The home we ended up buying was one we found after we had wrapped up our morning tours, but Brittnee got us in the house later that same day. Finally, her support and advice during the negotiations was great, and she has numerous referrals that we used and were fantastic for all of the pre-close activities (e.g., inspection, insurance, financing, etc.) If you are looking to purchase a home in the Bradenton / Sarasota area, I'd highly recommend considering Brittnee as your agent.
