April was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining the right time to put the house on the market at a competitive, realistic price. She also kept track of similar homes for sale and how they were trending to help in the process. Her expertise is underscored by the fact that my house sold immediately. She guided me in the negotiation and closing processes and gave unbelievable assistance in helping me to get items addressed as a result of the inspection. This was particularly helpful as I was living in NJ! She kept me informed of everything every step of the way. She is the best. I will trust her with any future needs I may have and recommend her to family and friends.

Lindsey is quite possibly the best real estate agent in Florida. Her attention to detail, follow up, weekly updates are second to none. She keeps all parties in check with her constant involvement and makes sure everyone is in check with their responsibilities and roles in the entire process. Lindsey responds quickly and answers any questions you have. I'm not sure when she sleeps!? I highly recommend you utilize her with your next home purchase. You will not be disappointed.
