I was perusing houses online (not even really in the market) when we saw a house that interested us. That was Sunday night. By Monday night, Darcie had negotiated the price to where we were happy and our offer was accepted. Need I say more? I will…we do not live locally and Darcie and her team lined up the paperwork perfectly, got inspections done, and I already have a gardener, power and gas, sanitation, architect and pool builder. All top notch! Further, she has offered to swing by the house if packages arrive before us and put them in the house. You cannot find better service (always with a smile and a laugh) than that! Being new to the area, never a condo or rental owner, Lindsey answered all of our questions and even gave us pertinent information we didn’t know to ask.
