She had the experience, knowledge of the market, and expertise to advise us and work through any challenge that could pop up throughout the selling process. Our property was professionally photographed and presented very well online. Darcie’s advice with respect to the listing price was right on. We had multiple offers before the first showing. We had our place set up as a vacation rental. Darcie worked with us, the buyer, and our current property manager to coordinate selling the property, schedule showings, and a plan for winding down weekly rental activity that met everyone’s needs.
