•Rebecca was great. We made a trip to SC from WA State on a scouting trip to look at a couple homes that were open houses. We didn't want to waste anybody's time since our home was not sold yet. We were very lucky that Rebecca was hosting an open house. She was not pushy and allowed us to look without feeling any pressure. We appreciated her laid back approach, so when she offered to show us other homes even though she knew we could be 6 months off (turned out to be 10 months), we took her up on it. She accommodated our schedule and did not make us feel like a burden. She was patient with us and explained all the procedures for SC real estate purchasing, and that was great since we are agents in WA. She was respectful and patient when I questioned how things worked differently than in my own state. This was important so I had a full understanding as we got under contract. Rebecca went above and beyond for us, making a relocation purchase so much less stressful. I would strongly recommend Rebecca Singer for any real estate needs.
