Felix is a very dedicated Realtor. We contacted him in 2020 where he showed us many houses but we abandoned our search because of lack of inventory and our criteria didn't match many homes, Felix was very understanding. We Resumed our search with him again in July 2021 and Felix was right there with all hands on deck, always there to answer all questions, showed us many houses till we found what we wanted. One thing about him is he is not trying to sell just any house and he won't push just to close the deal, he's very knowledgeable and hard working. Out of all the agents I have met and dealt with Felix is the best.
