I have glowing things to say about working with Adam and Sherry. We met them at an open house a couple of years ago. They were incredibly personable and knowledgeable. We kept coming back and following up with them. We had the goal of selling our first house and buying our "forever" house. They came to the house a year before selling to give us some pointers and things to take care of. They then helped guide us through recommended repairs immediately prior to selling to maximize the home value. Our house ended up with 8 offers in a difficult market and sold for a significantly higher price than we could have dreamed of. These extra dollars were helpful in buying our forever house which they helped us buy as well. They knew the ins and outs of many different neighborhoods in Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill Martinez and Alamo for our home search (and I am sure many others). They had great local insight on countless things and offered us excellent vendor recommendations that we used on both the house we sold and the house we purchased. My wife and I really liked working with them as a team because they have a complementary style we greatly benefited by working with and discussing one of the most significant financial decisions of our lives. They lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We will recommend them widely to friends and family. We couldn't be happier!
