I've worked with Autumn and her team on selling 3 homes and purchasing 4. I go back to her for a reason- she understands my wants and needs, she is super knowledgable of Raleigh and the Triangle (really, she knows neighborhoods down to the BLOCK!), and she has my best interests in mind. I'm a single woman, and she makes sure I end up in a safe place, my home will have a good resale value, and connects me with vendors who are reliable and do good work. Her team does all of the work on the backend, which makes the buying/selling process super easy. All I need to worry about is packing, hiring movers, and showing up to closing. Thank you Autumn!

I first met Autumn in my home to discuss putting my house on the market. She listened patiently as I shared all about my home, told stories, gave history and communicated my wishes. I never once felt rushed and she sincerely listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. We then toured my home, and she clearly outlined the process of selling. From that point on, her team went into action from perfectly staging my home, taking top notch photos, creating excellent marketing, and communicating clearly along the way. The day my home went live, the showings were numerous and we had an amazing offer by the end of day one. Every step along the way from that first meeting in my home all the way to closing was so easy for me. I appreciated the clear communication with each step. I really enjoyed my experience with Laura! As first time homebuyers, my partner and I had the opportunity to work with Laura, and she did a wonderful job of supporting and representing us throughout the process. We had a ton of questions, and Laura was incredibly patient with us. All of her responses were thoughtful, and she was quick to get things handled if we had any concerns. But what I appreciate the most about Laura is the way she went about taking care of us. As a first time home buyer there is a lot of unknown and it can be an intimidating process. Laura made the process of purchasing a house very smooth. When looking for a realtor and connecting with Laura, she was more then willing to get on a call with me. She took the time to get to know me as individual, what I was looking for in a home, and answer all my questions about her experience. When we finally decided on a home, she was present for all the appointments and clear with communicating what next steps were and what was needed on our end. I would highly recommend her as a realtor.
