Delita got right to work and listed the house and property at a price I was pleased with. She and Amanda were both responsive and helpful. They took care of everything, kept me informed, solved problems, and found a buyer much more quickly than I expected. The closing was delayed some because of difficulties getting workers, inspectors and appraisers out to Antelope during the Covid-19 shelter-at-home recommendations, but that was a no-fault situation. I was extremely pleased at how simple all the paperwork was for me, long-distance from Medford. The systems Delita and her associates utilized worked like clockwork. Just very happy and grateful for all the great service provided to me!
